Psalm 108

O God.my heart is fixed : i will sing and give praise, even with my glory. Awake, psaltryand harp: I myself will awake early. I will praise thee, o LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds. Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth; That thy beloved may be delivered:save with thy right hand, and answer me. Merry Christmas, Everybody!

Psalm 16

This was one of the passages read at bible school by one of the teachers, I don't remember which one, but it totally stood out to me because it is my testimony.

"Preserve me oh God: for in thee do I put my trust...The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot...I will bless the LORD, who hath given me council:...I have set the LORD always before me: he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved...Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;...Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of Joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."Ps. 16:1,5,7a,8,9-10a,11

Psalm 91

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God in Him will I trust.....He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy sheild and buckler....Because he hathset his love upon m, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. Isaiah 41:10 &13

Yeah I finaly made the appointment and I'm gonna do it. Oh my! ;) I guess it is about time. Hopfully my mind will work well and I can get it done quickly. lol

A Perfect Heart?

I read this in an online Bible course I am taking and it really hit home so I thought I'd share it. "God is desiring to show forth to the world the greatness of His power and love, but what He needs is a heart that is perfect. ( The word perfect meaning "complete") A heart completely toward Him." LORD, my desire is to be perfect and completely toward you. Here I am LORD, take me and use me.

Wow that totally sums me up right now. ;)

Excitment!!

I think that word sums up what I am feeling very poorly, but I am not good with big words like JB is. ;) Anyhow, today I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I spent the night with Joy Weaver and then we went out for coffee this morning and I am serious it is so amazing what God is doing in our lives. I am so overwhelmed. God is giving me a hunger for Him that I have never had before. That's like all I want to talk about and all I want to do is pray, praise and worship Him, spend time in His word. That's something that I am so thankful about my job is it gives me an hour in the car to worship God and all day to read the bible. God is so changing me it is absolutely phenomenal, ( don't laugh to hard, Dad. ;}). Man God is awesome.
"God today I just want to thank you for Your love for us. LORD, as I heard on the radio yesterday, You love and care so much about us, about our relationship with You, that You were willing to do whatever it took to give us eternal life, and that was to die for us, and not only physically but Your Father turned his back on You because You took on all the sin of the world, past, present and future sins. Why? Because You love us so much. LORD in turn may we love You more and more, and may we become living sacrifices for You.
LORD, I love You. Help me to love You more and more. LORD I want them to see You in me."
